改方大活络丹 (Yang Experience)
I was testing a few medicine to tune the perks of my body. After trying to get the balance of the health, I thought, why not try out experiencing the yang side of the body? what do I mean? as we know that most people often say in Singapore, "drink herbal cooling tea", but what benefit will you get apart of a peace of mind? once its overly Yin, you feel luggish, slaggish, tired, fatigue... etc thats what Yin overdose will become, LMAO.
as I was saying, I tried out herbal Yang formulas to perk my body, and also armed myself with netrualising herbs and yin herbs. I took 改方大活络丹 on this rainy season (December2011) and this is how I feel, which I like to share with those who read this:
Berserker
tingling sensation on my blood rush , like drinking cognac without the alchol, to my throat, chest, back of my neck, head skulp, and my tummy.
activicties:
I use deep slow pace breathing techniques, with freestyle body motion, directing the thoughts of the warm gush to the various parts of my organs in the manner of aiding flow, starting from fire 火 elemental organ --> fire, earth, metal, water, wood.
I felt qi and statics and gushs going thru accup pts.
after, a good 20 mins of relax motion, I drink some warm tea (Angmo teh-O) and proceed to mediation breathing techniques, and uses the dantian qi spinning and rotation technique to further exercise.
In conclusion, using warm formulas to give a new energy force of Yang. To prevent the overly yang, do relax exercises., and being mindful and sensative to your body, you know the effects of the breakthur of new perks of health of clearing the blogs, regenerating your cellular activiates (even the breathing and lungs feels afresh) the mind is clear and active and ready to process or take in new challenges (I suspect the good blodd supply will boost the memory activities well in the back of your brain).
